The hotel staff were very nice and helpful! The room we had was floor 21 with a lovely view apart from the dirty windows but this is expected

location was great, a walk to dragon bridge and river. A little dated but priced accordingly. excellent value for money. i stayed in Grand suite, was massive with walk in sauna in bathroom. Stayed April 2025 paid around 150aud p/n. yes there may heve been better bit price made it the choice

Location and staff. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. I did like the location as it was fairly easy to walk around and see things.
