The breakfast was varied and delicious. A very comfotable and roomy room. The staff were wonderful, nothing was no trouble. They were always there to help. Also the free spa/ massage was fabulous. This hotel is excellent value for money., and it is the second time we had stayed. Each time was excellent with wonderful staff.

If I could give more than 10 points I would definitely give it to this hotel!.One night f he best I have ever stayed in .Everything is perfect here from rooms,staff to food.The real gem of this hotel is Ivy, the Front Office Manager of Fivitel Boutique Da Nang.So helpful that thanks to her attitude towards customers I would like to come to this hotel again.Many thanks Ivy and all our greetings go to you and the staff in your hotel!

Great location, in the action but tucked away. Easy for pick ups/catching Grabs. Rooms were comfortable, ask to face the Dragon Bridge for a great view. Staff were lovely, Cara on the front desk was extremely helpful esp. if you want to plan a trip with a driver (FYI - will need to pay with cash)
