For just 10 usd incl breakfast i got everything i need. On top there was also kettle and tee for free. Love it. Breakfast was very local and therefore amazing.

Super clean, nice n comfy bed with a mosquito net, option for tea n coffee, two cute little seats just outside (there were more available on the terrace). Breakfast was plenty but mostly sweet. Nice staff, also offering cheap tuktuk rides :)
