Overall good but their walls are built from paper (you can literally hear your neighbours peeing). Also lot of mosquitoes as there in no AC and you need to have your windows open.

Good budget option, felt it was good value for the price. A bit out of Da Lat but walkable down to the lake in 20 minutes and grab is a good option.

The front desk staff were lovely. The young man who staffed the desk overnight was such a pleasure - really friendly and lovely to chat to! I can’t remember his name unfortunately
