The hotel is stunning , peaceful, and beautifully maintained. But what truly sets it apart are the people. Rania welcomed me with such warmth and grace that I instantly felt at home. Her kindness made my arrival effortless and uplifting. And throughout my stay, Ikram went above and beyond in every possible way. Attentive, intuitive, and genuinely caring, Ikram brought a human touch that transformed my experience. It wasn’t just service it was true hospitality. I’ll return not just for the hotel, but for the people who made it unforgettable.

Nice and Cosy hotel with very clean rooms with a nice view on the sea. Beautiful sunset on the sea too. The staff is very helpful, generous and friendly. The access to the privileges on the tulum ressort nearby is a plus. Very convenient for kids and babies.

The morning hostess at the front desk was very professional, friendly and helpful, always with a friendly smile, and attention to detail at all times ensuring a pleasant stay at the hotel I 100% recommend this hotel and will stay there in my future travels.
