Dear Mrs. Loman, Impossible to write a negative review about Loman Art Hotel. First and foremost, you are a sweet, empathetic woman towards both your staff and the customers, you are the one who is always present and does not stand out, but still has clear leadership. You know exactly where things are pinching, things you have to pay attention to in this country, your hotel, things you have to adjust all the time, how to positively engage people in your team because they are different and often do not have our nature. You make it clear to the guest in a friendly way that you simply have to “ask” for everything, but then also everything, that applies to a drink, a roll of toilet paper or cleaning the room. We feel at home in Loman Art, everyone says “Bonjour, bonsoir” Your Hotel is fabulously cozy and handsome, beautifully decorated, each terrace has its own character from downstairs to the roof terrace. Everything radiates your love for African Art, several artists are grateful to you, their mobiles (your favorites) their assemblages, their paintings, their statues, their colors, their African identity dress your entire hotel! You can't get enough of it, you keep being surprised. The rooms are very ok, beautiful, spacious bathroom, nothing lacking! For everything we have forgotten, we lost our hearts in your hotel and with your friendly staff, so we took a work of art home with us, folk figures cut from metal, anatomically perfect and originally colored, so beautiful, they will continue to touch our hearts and always remind us of that black man who was given the chance to make his work in your hotel itself! Loman is an incredibly kind woman who went out of her way to decorate our room for our wedding night. The entire experience left an indelible mark and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. A+++

The place is beautiful and the people are very nice. The room we slept in was a good place to rest after a whole day of walking around the city, but we also gladly slipped out of it to one of the many atmospheric terraces. The bed was comfortable, the room relatively quiet - there is a large tree full of birds outside the window, so they made some nice noise, but they allowed us to take a closer look at several local bird species (black kite, weaver, magpie ravens), so already at the hotel you can feel like you are on safari. We started each day with a delicious breakfast, making friends with the dogs and turtles living on the hotel premises. The place is also a gallery, so the traveler is surrounded by art - you can even look at the work of an artist who has his workshop in one of the courtyards. Is there a better way to start a trip around Senegal?
