Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note that the tax percentage is going to be 10%Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We asked for a quiet room and we got it. Good breakfast. They stored our luggage for free for 2 days while we visited Machu Picchu. The personal was so nice and very kind!

The staff were excellent and really attentive! Rocio Hadalgo was the kindest person we've met on our trip so far, we stayed in Aquas Calientes for 2 nights and re-booked the hotel for our return to Cusco and she had the bags in our room waiting for us on our arrival. Our train back from AC was delayed so we didn't arrive in Cusco until 10:45pm and she was kind enough to agree to have food for us as we didn't have the chance to eat! Incredible customer service throughout arranging breakfasts for 3/4am to take with us on our day tours and booking taxis to the airport at 4am and even haggling a discount for us! 10/10 Service! The rooms are super comfortable and clean and we couldn't have asked for more from a hotel!
