The fine print
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Excellent location, just in front of the main plaza and there are plenty of great restaurants and shops around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even packed a breakfast pack at 4am on the day we were leaving for the Inca trail. The room was cleaned up every day and overall property was clean. The breakfast was decent too with a choice of hot and cold items and a good spread of fruits.

Very good location by Plaza de Arnas . Nice , cozy place with good breakfast. Very helpful staff , a specially Mrs. Delia ! Thank You! We can leave our stuff while we went for the Inca Trail .

We had a wonderful stay at El Virrey Boutique Hotel in Cusco. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and we were especially impressed by the kitchen staff. When they noticed I was having trouble with the altitude, they kindly prepared a coca tea for me, which helped a lot. One of the most important aspects for us was that the room had a heater, which made a big difference during the cold month of our visit. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation!
