Located in the middle of Cuenca's heart, walking distance to almost everything. Super clean and quite comfortable. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice ambiente in general and good rooms. Very nice restaurant on terrace! If I ever come back to Cuenca, I will stay in this Hotel.

Did not sample breakfast but, the location is wonderful for walking El Centro in the historical city.

The location was great! Close to many restaurants and plazas for walking. I didn't do any tourist activities, so I cannot comment on distance. I worked remotely and the wifi was strong, reliable and worked really well. The room was nice! I was upgraded to a room with a balcony that overlooked the river! The water was hot, which is nice especially since it was cold outside. The hotel staff were friendly. I ate at the restaurant onsite a few times and it was delicious. I even had lunch on the rooftop a couple of times, which was nice! Cleaning service was available daily (except the last couple of days), which I loved. I asked for assistance with getting to the airport the next morning and the staff were so kind. They offered to schedule a taxi and prepare a breakfast to go for me at no additional charge!
