We were initially given what appeared to be a very nice room — spacious and set away from traffic, offering a peaceful atmosphere. However, we later discovered some issues with the shower room, which required us to move. The replacement room was slightly smaller but everything was in good working order. There was reliable hot water, and the mattress and bedding were comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with eggs freshly cooked to order. The location is excellent — just a few blocks from the old town and its main attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Comfortable , quiet room conveniently located in centrally in Cuenca. Breakfast was very substantial, large portions of everything! Fast and affordable laundry service onsight And friendly, helpful staff - what more could you need!
