The fine print
Q-Park is 3 minutes' walk away on Charles Street, CR0 1TR, and offers preferential parking rates to guests. Please drive to the hotel where you can check-in and leave your luggage before moving your vehicle. The fee for the car park is between GBP 6.50 GBP 15 per night.
If you arrive at Q-Park after 17:00 and depart before 09:00, a special rate applies. Accessible parking is available on site for an additional fee and is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The credit card used to book the room must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. For all cash payments personal ID must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. For guests wishing to charge incidentals to their room, a deposit of GBP 20 per night is required through credit card pre-authorisation or in cash.

Front desk very nice. Booked taxis for us and gave us advice about the area. Room very clean and comfortable. Slept well no noise. Good breakfast with great selection to suit every one, Staff kept replenishing so nobody went without. Hotel near to local tram line and not far from East Croydon rail station.

Great hotel. Good transport links for where we needed to be. Rooms modern and comfortable. Really good breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful.

It can be one of cleanest hotels in London. I was here for a week with my family and it was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was more than enough. Staff was kind and helpful. Especially thanks to Reza, he helped us a lot and was very positive.
