We have spent wonderful week in this apartment. It is quite new, modern and outfitted with really everything that you need. Description and photos provided by Booking.com are very correct. There is dedicated parking place just in front of the building. You can enjoy sea view from the balcony. The beach, promenade and restaurants are just 5 minutes walking distance away and convenient shop in 50 meters. Special thanks to Marta, who welcomed us on arrival with fruits and bottle of vine!

The apartment was spotlessly clean. All the appliances look new and almost unused. The kitchen is well equipped, you can find everything you need to prepare even moderately complex meals. The refrigerator is huge. The air conditioning is capable of cooling down the whole apartment - one room is a bit hotter, but not bad at all, really. The bathroom is spacious, and the washing machine and the dryer are a great help. When we arrived, there were a few coffee capsules, some pods for the diswhasher and the washing machine, salt, pepper and sugar in the containers. I really value this small kindness from the host, because it means that you don't need to immediately run to the store to buy these essentials, and you don't need to buy a kg of sugar just to have a coffee after arrival. There was also a bottle of wine and some soft drinks provided in the fridge, and some fruit. The location is great. It is a 6-7 minute walk away from a row of restaurants (you need to go down quite a lot of stairs though, so you won't be able to bring a baby stroller down there), and similar distance (also with steps) to the beach. The steps are easy to climb, not difficult at all, we managed it with a 3.5 year old multiple times a day. If you need to use a stroller or a beach cart, I recommend to go to the "Crni Molo" beach, which is about 10 minutes away, and there are no steps on the way, so you can pull the cart to the beach and back (the climb back is not dramatic, but of course a bit more demanding then a walk on the steps). If you have small children, I recommend the "Crni Molo" anyway, because the beach is sandy and there are no sharp rocks, you don't even need footware, and there is a playground as well. The hosts were always available on phone (and on chat in the booking app) for any question, and were really flexible for time of arrival, time of departure, and everything in general.
