The host very nice and helpful. Wonderful view from the balcony. The apartment was clean, well equipped, nothing was missing. Two bedroom apartment perfect for 2+2. Close to the city center. Crikvenica is very beautiful. We heartily recommend.

Everything was according to the description. The view from the large terrace is beautiful and lets you appreciate your location. The flat is really well thought of. I really like the feeling of independence. There is a water heater just for your flat, separate AC for your flat and even heating is independent in each room so you can have different temperatures in each bedroom. There is also very comfortable heating (air heating) in the bathroom that turns on the moment you flip the switch. There is TV on demand like Netflix. Tv set is connected with the network so you can cast stuff from your mobile.Of course there is fast Wifi that covers the whole flat. There is a designated parking spot for your flat inside the gated property wide enough to not be afraid of scratches. You also can be sure that your space will be available when you come back from sightseeing so no arguing with your neighbours. I personally really liked the room with the full size desk and proper office chair. I had to do some work during holidays so it gave me a really comfortable place to work without compromising the rest of the space like the dining table. I could also just close the door and not be bothered by the tv noise. If you are afraid of the road noise it is worth mentioning that bedrooms are on the opposite side of the flat so no road noise at all during the night. You can hear some noise on the terrace but much less than I expected. There is only one thing that you have to keep in mind. It is very high, Both the neighbourhood and the flat itself which is on the third floor. That is not a complaint because it is a price to pay for beautiful views and quiet neighbourhood but keep that in mind if you have someone with mobility problems. Even if you plan to go everywhere by car, you still have to climb the third floor on quite steep and narrow stairs. But again, that's how things in Crikvenica are. I think that there are flats to rent on lover floors so maybe that would be your choic
