The hotel lived up to our expectations - new and modern with great facilities. The staff was very helpful and lovely. They were very accommodating with allowing us to park the car right outside the hotel instead of going to the parking with was a bit far away. Great service.

We had a wonderful vacation, and a great merit goes to the team of this special hotel! The hospitality, kindness and politeness of the staff impressed us from the very beginning. All the employees, from the reception to the cleaning and restaurant staff, were kind, smiling and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the general atmosphere is warm, welcoming — like in a family. We felt not just customers, but truly welcome guests. We thank the entire team from the bottom of our hearts for the care and attention provided! We will definitely return and we warmly recommend this place to all those looking for a peaceful stay full of human warmth. We discovered a wonderful place and people, who beyond their job, show humanity, education, politeness and kindness! We had the most wonderful time at this hotel – truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming and our room was beautifully furnished. We absolutely loved the wellness area - everything felt fresh and perfectly maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were blown away by the quality of the food and the attention to detail. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. This was exactly the kind of peaceful escape we were hoping for. Can’t wait to return!
