The owner is very helpful and friendly, responds quickly. He doesn’t live in the same building, so the guest has complete privacy. The apartment is a little green paradise in Crikvenica. The green fenced yard offers an ideal space for a dog. The equipment is new and modern, the bed is very comfortable. You can walk to the beautiful sandy beach in 1 minute, to the dog beach in 3 minutes. The apartment has a private parking in the shade of trees, from where you can immediately get to the main Adriatic highway to any destination - I liked that very much, because it avoids driving on various slopes and dead ends, one-way streets... and the crowds in the city center. I will definitely come back.

The beach can be reached within 2 minutes, it’s true😁 Good restaurant in the same street 100 m away. Balkony is nice and big with view on the see. The building is old but clean and has lots of space. Furnitures and equipmets are new, enough place to pack the clothes. AC works well, if all windows are closed it can cool down the whole appartement. Fridge is big.

Perfect and spacious accomodation, apartment is older but absolutelly sufficient. Very nice view from the super big balcony to the sea and the sunset, parking in front of the apartment, comfortable beds and very nice host. And 2 minutes to the closest beach is a true :) we prefer this smaller beach Limenka more than a Podvorska beach. Monty's dog beach is 10-15 minutes by walk.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and size of the apartment. The supermarket is 5 minutes away. The beach is right at the end of the sidewalk. The terrace is warm and has a beautiful view. Thank you for everything!
