Perfect brand new apartment witg seview balcony. Silent location but still very close to city center. Grocery and restaurant in less then 5 min walking distance.

Comfortable, and well equipped. The whole experience was seamless, since getting directions from the staff to handing over the apartment. Very well equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge and dishwasher. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Good exterior sound isolation. Great for couples. It's 5 min to the beach near the marina, and there's a Konsum and market on the way. It's about 35min walk from Kovacine beach. Parking right outside the building well marked.

Thanks to flexibility of hosts and engagement of Booking manager, we managed to get another unit (Blue Sky) since Sunset wasn't meant for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, so we got another one. But everything happened night before our trip which was very stressful and unpredictable. All in all, our new place was new, very clean, with new bedclothes and linen, iron and table, vacuum cleaner and kettle.
