the apartment was not ventilated and there was a smell. it was washed badly. the equipment of the apartment is great. the pool and surroundings as well. beautiful children's playground, but watch out for nails near the slide. a short distance from town and the beach. car necessary.

- Staff always very friendly and accommodating - cleaning provided every day and lifts offered for pick up and drop off and if they were able to also to other places. - We enjoyed the pool which was clean and the balcony. - In a peaceful and quiet location in the middle of the island - close to beaches on the west side and 10 minute drive to large supermarket and 20 minute drive into town. - Very new and clean property overall with comfy beds, 2 TVs. Fan and aircon in both bedroom and living space and also fan in the spacious balcony.

Manuel was very accommodating and catered to our every need. The first night they were without electricity following a hurricane and so they arranged a different hotel for us to stay in. The location is away from the business of the town and surrounded by beautiful birds, it's a very relaxing and secluded place to retreat to after a morning out in the sea. We felt very comfortable and able to acclimatise here for a week before moving on to other locations in quintana roo.
