CoCo Apartments is only 2 blocks away from the ferry pier Cozumel - Playa del Carmen. It is in the pedestrian area, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. For this area the aparment is quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor as has 2 rooms: the living room with the kitchen and the bedroom with the TV. In both rooms you have a modern air condition and a classical ceiling fan. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is perfect (hot water, good water pressure). The kitchen has everything you need and more: big fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all ustensils. Included is free drinking water. The highlight is the big garden, featuring a modern Weber grill for your personal use. Also you have a shelf to dry clothes, especially helpful if you go diving, snorkling or swimming. The cleaning lady, Alicia, was very nice, friendly and helpful. The keys to the location and the apartment are stored in a key box with code, so you can check-in on your own and don't have to wait for anybody. The wifi is strong and stable. All information about the apartment, best shops and restaurants in the area are available as a pdf file that you can easily download. Very convenient.
