It is recommended that you have an all-wheel drive car.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We loved hearing about how the earthship was built and all the thought that went in. Cowbay is a lovely location and the actual location of the earthship was amazing, very private with lush rainforest all around. The facilities were perfect, good size kitchen with everything we needed including staples like salt and oil. The pool is perfect to cool off in. We used an AWD so we didn't have any issues getting up the hill.

We LOVED the earthship! For so many reasons. The design was incredible, very practical, comfortable and visually appealing. And the view, WOW! It’s gotta be one of the Daintree’s best views. The facilities were well thought out and very generous. We had such a relaxing time, and felt so safe up there.
