I have booked this place for my son who was doing his exams at Warwick University. The facilities are okay and the location is very good. It's very close to the town center and public transport.

1. Location: in the city centre, all facilities needed (restaurants, shops, erc.) are downstairs, bus station is in 100m, railway station in 15min walking distance. 2. Kitchenware available in the room, very convenient to cook 3. Very kind and helpful staff
