I didn't use them because I was travelling alone (but with dogs) but the restaurant and bar looked fabulous and seemed very popular with locals. Great value too. The welcome for the dogs was extraordinary with a lovely gift pack waiting for them.

The pillows were comfortable, the bedclothes were clean, the shower was hot with good water pressure. Breakfast was excellent

Very nice hotel, staff were friendly and room was great too. We were going to a gig at the NEC. Very convenient location, train was 15 min walk and only 2 stops from venue. Lots of parking on site too.
