Amazing location, in the heart of Coventry. The staff were friendly, they upgraded my room, as it had strong detergent smell, and there weren't others available. So, I got upgraded to a studio free of charge, quite caring for the guest's comfort. I liked the vibes of the place.

Good value for money, nice little studio including a small kitchen and iron. The hosts did their best to accommodate our needs, providing a fan to us upon request after a rough first night (I definitely prefer hot weather, but a fifteenth floor room in a glass box with no fan was just too much). Just FYI (neither a positive nor a negative) it's a dorm room, which I guess gets rented out over the summer break.

It was a great stay, great value for money. Good size studio, very clean and comfortable, nice view. The staff was very helpful.

Reception was quick and friendly. Front Desk is available 24hrs which is good. The staff were helpful and provided information as much as they had in their possession.
