Check in is between 4pm - 8pm. We are available to assist between the hours of 9am-9pm Mon-Sat & 9am-6pm Sundays. Please be aware your calls, texts or emails may not be answered outside of these hours.Check-out is before 10am. Any checkouts after this time will incur an additional fee.Additional documentation will be required i.e Proof of ID, address and Terms and Conditions before any check in details are released to you.
A pre-authorization security damage deposit will be collected by the host prior to your stay, outside of the Airbnb platform.Please be mindful of neighbours and reduce noise level after 10 pmPlease return the house keys in the keysafe on check-out.Although we welcome pets (especially assistant dogs).

Location was good - onsite parking for up to two cars was good. Easy to find and property was nice and well equipped, plenty of hot water for showers. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Pool table outback plus bbq unit was also very nice - too bad we didn't get a chance to use it, being winter!
