Apartment was easy enough to find, but having parked in the free parking (rather than in the building itself) was a little walk. The apartment was fantastic. Everything in good condition, and it had the most ridiculously well equipped kitchen I've ever seen (I've stayed in other self-catering places that had nothing) - it had everything you could want. Beds were comfortable (we didn't use the sofa beds so can't comment). Personally I'd ignore the reviews that say they were uncomfortable - they are clearly expecting 5*. Yes, the pillows were those odd square ones I always seem to get in France, but they were fine. I'm a terrible sleeper, and I was fine here. Agency were helpful with late checkin (key box) and sorted out everything in advance - no complaints there.

there were problems with the apartment. the cleaning was not good - the toilet smelt, there were stains on the bedclothes - stuff that we were surprised at and could have really given a bad report about - however, we raised these concerns to the agency (who are near) straight away, and they immediately fixed them all without question - so it wasn't right, but we appreciated that things were sorted quickly.
