Please note that guests have free access to the aquapark Aquamotion during their stay.When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 15 per day and EUR 85 per week.The hotel has privileged access to the Aquamotion water park, included in the room rate. During All Saints' Day, from 18 October 2024 to 2 November 2024 access to Aquamotion will be available only on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 14:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 20:00.

Everything. The day before we were given a courtesy call to talk about our arrival, upon arrival we were given a tour of the hotel. We were always made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. Julie, Cedric and Malik stood out above all the team as giving excellent service. The rooms were beautiful and immaculate, the private access route to the aqua motion was really good. The breakfasts and afternoon tea were all really good too.

We booked a very large suite and it was so comfortable. It is huge, with 3 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a small kitchen area and a large living room area. We had breakfast and gouter in our booking. Gouter was everyday from 3pm and was a buffet of lots of yummy things like cake, croissants and macarons. That was really enjoyable.

Well used to staying at four and five star ski hotels and Ecrin Blanc was excellent. The staff were superb and the facilities for all but especially children were fantastic- we will be back (the valet staff in particular were excellent)
