Jeff and Karen are welcoming and kind host and they have a very cozy and warm place for their guests. The region is beautiful, the property is carefully maintained and breakfasts are at an exquisite level! We'd love to go back one day!

We just loved staying at Origins x it is the most wonderful B&B and Karen and Jeff amazing hosts and the house is so comfortable and the rooms are beautifully appointed with everything you could ever need and a kitchenette with everything there. The views were stunning and our huge patio was a joy to sit on and enjoy the views. Cottonwood the local town is so pretty and lovely restaurants. It took about 20 minutes to get to the Red Rock State Park which was easy and there is lots of information in the house. We found Sedona (the town) too busy but did not to be there. Thank you to Jeff and Karen for a magnificent stay x Suzi and Nick

Amazing place!! Everything was perfect. All the details allover in the building,the owners are so kind,friendly and always ready,5stars breakfeast. One of the best places we ever stayed! We are so thankfull to Jeff and Karen.The room very big space,clean,cozy and an amazing bathroom with a very big jacuzzi&shower....out of this world! Also the garden overlooking the Verde Valley...many diffrent secret corners.....only the sound from birds.......the view is amazing. Hikes and other interesting places very nearby. Thank you very much for the wonderful time,we will be back hopefully next year. All the best for the rest of the season.
