Reception people were helpful, especially Edward. Marvin the Maître de and Mario our waiter at BV’s Kitchen were great. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The first and best part of staying at the Lux Verde Hotel was being greeted by Edward at the front desk. He was perfectly professional, but also warm, personable and endlessly helpful. He made our stay feel like home, and i enjoyed chatting with him every chance i got. The staff that i had less interactions with were also all so kind and helpful. The spirit of the Lux Verde is definitely the staff. Thank you, Edward and everyone else, too :)

The ladies in the reception was very nice. It suited us well to have 24-hour open reception. Big rooms and comfortable beds :-)

When we went into our room we were struck by how clean and well laid out it was. The breakfast was excellent. Lovely room and great selection of breakfast items. Though the best thing was Luavo who was so friendly and helpful and really added to our enjoyment.
