This apartment is in an excellent location. We travelled with our 2 grandchildren and having a first floor apartment made things a little easier for us. It is a short walk to restaurants and shops and also the beaches, but we had a car as we take a lot of stuff to the beach! The owners were very accommodating allowing us to remain in the apartment, for a few hours longer on our departure date due to a late flight. Lots of free parking at the apartments and around the village and at the beaches. There is also some beach equipment at the apartment which was useful. Towels were provided for the pool area.

Very nice contact to the owners. Always available via WhatsApp. The appartment was well equiped in a very quiet area, but still super central. The roof terrace was amazing. The baby bed was also very good.

Perfect location, close to beaches, (La Piedra being one of the best beaches in El Cotillo) restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. The flat was spotless and very well equipped. Marcial and Elisa provided excellent communication and instructions.
