This upstairs property has a lovely sheltered terrace - which gets sunny from late morning to late afternoon. Spacious kitchen/diner/lounge. Good shower, slightly slippy shower tray. Good location at start of El Cotillo, opposite a well equipped supermarket. Property comes with private parking within a few metres.

Apartment photos don’t do it justice. It’s spacious & comfortable with a lovely fully private terrace for eating & sunbathing. The kitchen is very well equipped (unusual in rentals,) has everything you need. It’s at first floor level above shops. Location is at the end of the town so quiet. Conveniently opposite the supermarket & a 10 min stroll to the restaurants, shops & bars. Good WiFi & TV with Netflix. Owner Miguel was charming & helpful.
