This is a great apartment in a lovely complex and a fantastic pool (actually designed by the famous Cesar Manrique). The apartment balcony is east facing so you can even see the sunrise over the sea from it (at least when we were there in the middle of November)! This does mean it doesn't get much sun the rest of the day but this was not a problem for us as we were out most of the day time. The apartment has all the facilities you might want and the hosts were responsive and helpful. We had a hire car and the parking outside on the road was often busy but generally we had no problem finding a space somewhere. Lanzarote is an amazing island to explore with so many things to see but a hire car is definitely the best and easiest way to to do this. Costa Teguise is a lovely place to stay and generally not at all tacky with a fairly unique long seafront promenade. The apartment location is excellent for easy walking to local beaches. We particularly recommend Playa del Jablillo as it is more sheltered than the closer one (Playa Bastian) with great snorkelling but not as far as the much larger and busier Playa de las Cucharas. There are also so many great restaurants to choose from in Costa Teguise and all within reasonable walking distance of the apartment - we much preferred the more Spanish flavoured ones (especially those frequented by the locals) and our particular favourites were: La Aulaga (the closest one to the apartment), La Tabla and Taberna El Bocadito - also El Cuchillo (daytime/lunchtime only).

Location was great. Parking okay if you can get a parking space outside the apartment. Restaurants near by but you can walk into town 20 minutes along the sea front.
