The location of the property is superb as a touring base for the region. The apartment is a quality, Tuscan home and everything is fully provided for your comfort and enjoyment. Would definitely recommend to others.

The apartment is a very nice traditional Tuscan house with private garden. The most beautiful house in Montalla. The washing machine and the second bathroom were a surprise, which we were very happy about. Another surprise was that halfway through our stay a nice lady cleaned the whole house, changed the bed linen and towels. Cortona is 7 minutes away by car and 50 minutes on foot. The local shop is 600 metres away with fantastic quality food and lovely service. It is definitely worth a try. Michele, the owner, is kind and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday and can only recommend.
