Hotel is well kept and some staff are enthusiastic and keen to help. The spa facilities are good and relaxing after a day in the mountains.

The onsite pool, jacuzzi and gym were very good and the team at the pool& spa were attentive and super friendly. Niko at the bar made the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted along all my travels, and the gentleman on breakfast was so great making sure every guest was having a great experience. The breakfast choice was also very good. The reception team were friendly and welcoming.

Mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, sheets were of very high quality. The room was lovely. The spa was incredible, the pool was perfect, we loved the outdoor hot tub.
