The Picasso Suites are a hidden gem on Booking.com! For an unbeatable price, you can stay close to the Splau Shopping Center, a modern mall with plenty of stores and restaurants. The apartment (Atico 1) is fully equipped with everything you need: a lovely rooftop terrace, a great shower, fresh towels, air conditioning, a dishwasher, kettle, fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, smart TV, and plenty of conveniently placed power outlets. What truly sets this place apart is the 5-star service provided by Karolina. She is an exceptionally caring and professional host who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. She not only delivers on her promises but also follows up to make sure everything is perfect. I used this apartment as a temporary home while transitioning to a permanent residence in Barcelona for work. Finding an apartment was challenging, but Karolina made the process much easier by helping me extend my stay and even offering advice on the best neighborhoods to live in. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This apartment was so beautiful and close to everything. We had a really nice stay and our host was so accessibleand helped us with all our questions even suggested bars and restaurants for us to go to. Metro and buses are so close less than 5 minutes away. You can go to any part of the city with them. All in all we suggest these apartmants to everyone and we will come back here if we are ever in Barcelona again.
