Parking space, clean, secure accommodation. Only 30 minutes walk into the city centre and there is also a bus route going past the accommodation.

The apartment was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were helpful - when the water stopped working I called the reception and they sent someone within minutes, fabulous service

Very very basic room. You get a hand and bath towel, two small bar of soaps and that's it. I was fortunate to get a room with a lovely view though, the staff were lovely (please note they're students who are maintaining the halls of residence).
