The location of the Amerian is excellent. We stayed 4 nights, the first two my friend couldn't sleep because the room was very hot, the AC was not working. Plus the window are not tempo panel, so it is too hot, too cold, too noisy. The staff made all efforts to make as comfortable, they moved us to a different room the THIRD night. The first day the room was not attended because" the personnel was sick and left", so we ended making our beds etc.( it seems that they have don't have enough employees to do the job! ( two, one gone , there is only one lady left for a 10+floor hotel ?)
