The staff, (the owner) is very helpful. Came down to help fixing a power cut immediately. The power cut happened as we switched on many appliances at the same time (dryer and oven and heaters.)

The area is really nice and the locals are friendly and helpful. Everything you need is close by e.g. supermarket, bus stop, local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Because it is located in a local district of the city it is MUCH cheaper and MUCH better quality for food in the local bar/restaurants which are located just a couple of blocks away. This is a really great budget place to stay where you see the 'real Cordoba' whilst being just a short pleasant walk away from the old city center, San Basilio, the Mesquita etc etc. The area is safe and perfectly ok to walk at night. It's a 10 euro taxi ride from the train/bus station or a couple of euros on the bus. Using an app to navigate your way around the first time will help orientate you and then it's as easy as can be. There is even a Lidl and a Burger King very close by, useful for navigation as much as for food!! All facilities are provided, washing and drying machine included.
