I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing, high-quality getaway. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff are not only friendly and welcoming but genuinely go above and beyond to assist guests in every possible way. Their professionalism and warmth made the stay feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s activities and aqua facilities are exceptional – well-organised, fun, and perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Room service was equally impressive: efficient, helpful, and always delivered with a smile. The food deserves a special mention – every day offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, beautifully presented and catering to many different tastes. It was a real culinary highlight of our stay. I would especially like to thank Kasem at reception for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure that guests were well taken care of. His dedication truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, this is a hotel that delivers genuine 5-star service across every aspect. The hotel has exceeded my expectations Starting from Mr Kaseem from the Guest relations who made everything during my family stay smooth and very quick check in and check out on the last day. Food quality and variety is a top notch. Mr Karem restaurant manager along with Taha the waiter made sure that everything was good and any special requests has been taken care of. Room house keeping made sure to make my child smile with those towel characters made everyday, thank you The animation team (Messy, Charlotte, Osama) made sure that every member of the family is entertained throughout the day by doing different kinds of activities The aqua park was huge with different slides that suits all ages from babies to grow ups I have enjoyed the beach especially the bay area. Its accessible through the sister hotel SOLAYA in which you can see the fish without having to do snorkeling

The staff were so kind and friendly and the facilities were great and the rooms are clean and well furnished and the beach , the pool and the animation team made our trip un forgettable
