The location of the hotel was good. The staff were okay, but not really welcoming and at times just ignored us. It is an historical building and although it has been renovated, the room size, etc cannot change. We didn't book breakfast due to the cost. Wandering down the street for a hundred metres or so lands you in one of the main outside malls in Copenhagen and a big square. There are many eateries in the mall.
