Check-in was fully explained in writing, which made it a lot easier. We use a password for the lock box to get the door keys. The door still had a password on the handle, however, the door was locking, every time we arrived it was a hassle to open the door as the handle latch was stuck and it took a long time to open. The location and neighbourhood are good. The metro and bus stops are close by. There are also 2 supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was recently renovated but the heating system was weak or strangled, not heating enough. I recommend it for just a couple who have meals outside the apartment, as it is a good value for money.
