This is basically as if Ryanair ran hotels. You get what you pay for and nothing extra. The rooms are tiny, but that's good I don't need to pay for extra space. I stay there for a few nights anyway. Anything above is extra paid? Early check-in? Pay extra. Store luggage before check-in? Use paid lockers. Store luggage after checking-out? Use paid lockers. Good breakfast with plenty of options. All in all, good value for money.

If you need a bed to sleep before a flight, this is just that. It is not too far from the train, you get all the basic needs fulfilled.

I had booked this room for 2 days. For first day, I could not come as I was sick and then i had contacted the hotel reception via Phone around 8:30 am and notified them to cancel my reservation due to sickness. However Cabinn Metro had marked my reservation/Booking for that day as a no-show. They considered that i did not check in on that day and I was charged as a no-show fee for that complete day. After few emails and Phone calls with Booking.com and Hotel, the amount was refunded within one week. Room was enough for one person stay with decent facilities. There is a common area where you can relax. There is a Gym but you need to pay extra in-order to use it. Good Location. There is a big shopping mall nearby with many restaurants and is close to the train and metro station. Overall, I would say It is OK for a single traveler or couples. Not suitable for the family who need a bigger room. Locker facilities are available and is quite secure even though you need to pay around 40 - 60 DKR. Also, they have a shop at the reception where you can buy food and drinks 24/7. However prices are bit high comparatively.
