Best place in Copacabana? I think so. Copacabana is small, but centralised to the jetty area. A 5-10 minute walk gets you a more secluded environment with a beautiful beach-front, albeit, still a short walk from the cafes, bars and restaurants. The complex is very chill indeed, with lots of communal space and a nice ambience. There is also food as-well-as drinks available at the property. For the price paid, you'll find it difficult to match the benefits anywhere else in the world. I paid 50bs for an ensuite chalet. Camping is 20bs and and non-ensuite chalets are between 35-40. There are also higher-standard rooms available in the main building. There was hot water, though in my room it wasn't functioning correctly, though my neighbour confirmed they had no issue. Regardless, all things accounted for - its definitely a 5/5.
