Perhaps not everyone's cup of tea, but we enjoyed it! An older, well built caravan, absolutely spotless with everything you might need for your stay. The owner, Luke was pleasant and helpful. And just 20 metres away was the main street. Couldn't be more convenient.

The location was perfect. The owners very friendly and helpful and the residents of the park were awesome 😎 easy walking distance to shops pubs and the waterfront. Would highly recommend this place to everyone 😁

It is extremely well run by the owners, the grounds, the pool, the park facilities are faultless and a major plus the whole park is shaded by trees. Having stayed in 2 other places in Cooktown, one priced over $300 night we will be staying here from now on. A perfect location in town, breakfast bakery next door open at 6:30.
