It's the best I've been in so far in Constanta. There is also a book shop in the foyer and the breakfast is ok, the staff in the kitchen but narky but you might want to hit town. I had fried cheese in breadcrumb no coffee refill, but coffee is delicious. The rooms are really nice indeed. Nice views. Well Worth the visit. Highly recommended. Concierge is a wonderful helpful lady. Vlad Tepes (impaler) and other famous people are on the walls
