The fine print
- Please note , before Check-in, it will be necessary to present the identification document of all guests over 16 years of age to the host for the documentary registration of travelers. In case of refusal, the reservation will be canceled.
- Do not use candles, flameless electric candles are provided.
- Try not to make a lot of noise especially at night and at nap time since the apartment is in a quiet community.
- The use of common areas such as the pool is subject to schedules and other rules of use displayed on informational posters next to the pool.
- Recycling is mandatory and the apartment is provided with the containers for the classification of waste and all the information in this regard. At the end of the stay, the accommodation must be free of garbage.
-At the end of the stay, the apartment must be left FREE OF GARBAGE, if this rule is not complied with, a commission of €20 may be requested after departure.
The maximum time to check out is 10:00 am. If this rule is not follow, an additional charge of up to €50 may be requested. In the case of wanting to extend the stay for a longer time, availability must be requested to the owner.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
