The apartment is excellent. We stayed here for one night. There are incredible comfortable beds, well-working A/C, well-equipted kitchen in this flat. The apartment''s style is modern and new. The place isn't far from the center of city. There is the place for parking car right next to the gate of apartment. Everything is in accordance with advertisement, without any doubt. I strongly recommend to rent this property.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in Colombo. The owner was extremely kind and helpful to accommodate our special request with a very short notice. The place is extremely clean and very well maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Colombo.

Good location in a quiet street with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and the apartment is really nice, recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was available for communication and we were met at the property to be given the keys and shown around. It was a 10 minute walk to Wellawate train station and beach. Would stay again.
