The upstairs room was spacious and nice. Toilet had ample room as well, and was clean. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Virtually a great getaway from city-life, right in the middle of the city! Rather enigmatic.

As a boutique hotel, the ambiance was nice. One side is the lake, and the other is a golf court. The rooms were clean and friendly staff. quite and calm. tips: the room on the golf side has a better view.

As the name suggests- Boutique! Classic lil beauty...in a lush surroundings. Every little things were looked after meticulously and staff response was great. The manager of the Hotel- Mr Ryan went out of his way to help us out till the time we left the hotel and even afterwards. Will definitely be back if I am back to Srilanka.

The Breakfast was good. The Hotel Staff- Rayan,Dinesh and Bandara were outstanding and very helpful. The Location was beautiful at the rear -adjoining to the Golf Course but the area around was maligned by the open drain.
