The staff are alway nice, friendly and very helpful. We have had breakfast another time we stayed and was really great… a bit expensive as you can get a custom breastfast at a restaurant for less, but was convenient.

The park is lovely, with good view over the lake. Fairly close to tram stop so good links to town. Part of the photography festival, in comfortable lobby. Lovely reception staff, very helpful. The refreshments by reception are a nice touch and very welcome after exploring the city all day.
