The information and contact from Isabella was second to none, she is an excellent host. Check-in and out was extremely easy. The beds were extremely comfy.

It was designed with bright colours and lots of pictures. The kettle, microwave etc were nice too Toiletries a nice addition. Fridge size excellent and bedding spotless. Had been cleaned to high standard. Colchester is a great place and this was sited well to visit castle and zoo. The dining room was so lovely and spacious. Overall nice size.

We used this accommodation for our 4 engineers who were installing air conditioning at a near by store. The host was an absolute treasure. Easy to get hold of, who provided an answer to all questions we had. Access to the property was straight forward and was provided beforehand. The location was in an extremely convenient location. The actual accommodation was welcoming, clean, and spacious and our engineers very much enjoyed staying here, rather than a run of the mill Travelodge! or such like. We would definitely highly recommend this accommodation and its host and would stay again if we are in this vicinity again.
