“Three relaxing nights at the Sunshine Room”

After messing up my booking at the campsite, I found myself in Colchester, needing emergency accommodation for three nights during the heatwave. Fortunately, I found Sunshine Room and was able to book the three nights. Mandy and family were extremely welcoming and helpful. The en-suite room was very comfortable with a double bed, a sofa, a pedestal fan, and a small fridge with tea and coffee making facilities. Most importantly for me, it was quiet, and I could work and relax. The room and hosts exceeded my expectations, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Mandy and her family were lovely to stay with. I enjoy being a guest in their home. The room itself was spacious and I particularly loved the private bathroom in the bedroom. Definitely booking again when in Colchester.

Had a fantastic stay at the sunshine room, it's a very spacious room with own bathroom! The bed was also really comfy! The place is easy to get to and the shops only a 5 min drive away. Mandy was a lovely host and if staying in Essex again I would absolutely book back with her. All the best
