As soon as we walked into the reception lobby, we immediately felt welcomed as the stresses of the day vanished instantly with thanks to Joseph Harris who in a polite, professional, caring, and genuine way personally welcomed us to the hotel while offering a cold drink and ice creams too. Joseph takes it upon himself to set very high standards that are hard to find.

The pool area and spa was worth the booking. The food was good in the restaurant and breakfast decent. Easy parking and quiet. Rooms were of a good size.
